This User Agreement governs your access to and use of the cerkex platform, including all betting, casino, and gaming services offered to players in Bangladesh. Please read this document carefully before registering an account or placing any wager.

Fair Play & Integrity

cerkex uses certified random number generation (RNG) across all casino games. Any attempt to manipulate game outcomes, exploit software bugs, or use automated betting tools will result in immediate account suspension.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. cerkex will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. Report any suspected unauthorised access immediately.

Section 1

Acceptance of Terms

Effective: 1 January 2026

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and crkex ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the crkex website, mobile platform, applications, and all associated services including sports betting, live casino, slot games, crash games, and virtual sports.

By completing the registration process and creating a crkex account, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety. Your continued use of the crkex platform following any published update to this Agreement constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree to any provision of this Agreement, you must immediately cease using the crkex platform and contact our support team at [email protected] to request account closure.

This Agreement should be read in conjunction with the crkex Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated by reference into this Agreement and form part of the overall terms that govern your use of the platform.

crkex reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of this Agreement at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address on file or via a prominent notice on the platform homepage. The version date shown at the top of this document indicates when the Agreement was last revised.

Plain English Summary: Using crkex means you agree to these rules. We may update the rules — when we do, we will tell you. If you disagree, you can close your account. This Agreement applies to all players in Bangladesh and any other jurisdiction where crkex is accessed.

Section 2

Account Registration & Eligibility

To access any real-money betting or gaming service on the crkex platform, you must register a player account. The following eligibility requirements apply to all registrations without exception:

2.1

Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. crkex enforces a strict 18+ policy and will suspend any account where there is reasonable cause to suspect the account holder is under the legal age. Proof of age will be requested during the Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process prior to the first approved withdrawal.

2.2

One Account Per Person: Each player is permitted to hold one and only one crkex account. Duplicate accounts — including accounts registered under different names or email addresses by the same individual — are strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, crkex reserves the right to close all associated accounts and confiscate any balances pending investigation.

2.3

Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, and a valid mobile number. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.

2.4

KYC Verification: crkex may request identity verification documents at any point, including Bangladesh National Identity Card (NID), passport, or other government-issued photo identification. Withdrawal requests will not be processed until KYC verification is completed to the satisfaction of the crkex compliance team.

2.5

Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. crkex accepts no liability for losses resulting from unauthorised account access where such access was facilitated by the player's failure to maintain credential security.

2.6

Self-Exclusion Status: If you have previously self-excluded from crkex or any associated platform, you are not eligible to register a new account during the self-exclusion period. Attempting to circumvent a self-exclusion by registering a new account is a breach of this Agreement, and any winnings accrued on such an account may be forfeited.

18+ Policy: crkex operates a zero-tolerance policy on underage gambling. Players must be 18 years or older. Our KYC process is mandatory for all withdrawal requests. If you believe a minor has accessed the platform, contact us immediately at [email protected].

Section 3

Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the crkex platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). crkex supports the following approved payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank), Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. Transaction processing is subject to the following terms:

3.1 Deposits

Deposits via bKash and Nagad are typically credited to your crkex wallet within 60 seconds of a confirmed transaction. Deposits via Visa, Mastercard, or bank transfer may take up to 30 minutes to reflect in your account balance. crkex does not charge processing fees on standard deposits; however, your mobile financial service (MFS) provider may apply their own transaction charges, which are the player's sole responsibility.

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 per transaction. The maximum single deposit limit varies by payment method and player account tier. There are no restrictions on the number of deposits a player may make in a given day, subject to individual MFS daily limits imposed by providers such as bKash and Nagad.

3.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed following verification of account KYC status. Players who have not completed identity verification cannot process withdrawals. Once KYC is confirmed, standard withdrawal requests are processed within 24 hours for bKash and Nagad, and within 3–5 business days for card-based withdrawals.

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 per transaction. Withdrawal requests that include bonus funds are subject to the applicable wagering requirements for those bonuses before the bonus-derived balance becomes eligible for withdrawal. crkex reserves the right to request additional documentation prior to approving any withdrawal at its reasonable discretion.

Withdrawal funds will be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit where technically possible. crkex will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts, accounts in names other than the registered player, or accounts in jurisdictions where processing is restricted.

3.3 Currency

The crkex platform operates exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). All displayed balances, deposit amounts, withdrawal requests, and bonus values are denominated in BDT. crkex does not accept or process transactions in foreign currencies. Any currency conversion fees incurred at the player's bank or MFS provider are the player's own responsibility.

Fast Deposits via bKash & Nagad: The majority of crkex players in Bangladesh use bKash or Nagad for both deposits and withdrawals. These methods offer near-instant processing and are fully integrated into the crkex wallet system. Minimum deposit ৳200. Minimum withdrawal ৳500.

Section 4

Bonuses & Promotions

crkex offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, VIP loyalty rewards, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL season, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms published on the relevant promotion page:

4.1

Wagering Requirements: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all deposit bonuses and free spin winnings are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before the bonus balance or associated winnings may be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated on the promotion page. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified time window will result in the bonus and any bonus-derived winnings being voided.

4.2

One Bonus Per Household / IP Address: Promotional bonuses are limited to one claim per player, household, IP address, and device. crkex reserves the right to deny, cancel, or reclaim a bonus where it determines that a promotion has been claimed in a manner inconsistent with this restriction.

4.3

Game Restrictions: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games generally contribute 100% of each wager toward the requirement; live casino games, table games, and sports betting markets may contribute at a lower percentage as specified in the individual promotion terms. Playing restricted games while a bonus is active may result in bonus cancellation.

4.4

Bonus Abuse: crkex operates a zero-tolerance policy on bonus abuse, including but not limited to: matched or hedged betting strategies designed to guarantee risk-free outcomes using bonus funds, use of multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, and collusion between players to exploit promotional mechanics. Where bonus abuse is detected, crkex may void the bonus, forfeit associated winnings, and suspend the account pending investigation.

4.5

VIP Loyalty Program: Participation in the crkex VIP loyalty program is governed by the VIP Program Terms published separately on the platform. Points earned through the loyalty program are non-transferable, have no cash value prior to redemption, and expire as specified in the VIP terms. The crkex VIP program structure may be amended at any time with reasonable notice to active members.

4.6

Promotion Amendments: crkex reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice, except where a promotion is already in progress for an active player — in which case the terms in force at the time of the player's opt-in will apply for the remainder of that promotion's active period.

Section 5

Betting & Gaming Rules

The following rules apply to all betting and gaming activity conducted on the crkex platform, spanning sports betting, live casino, slots, crash games, and any other product available on the platform.

5.1 Sportsbook Betting

All sports bets placed on crkex are subject to the specific rules of the relevant sport and event. The crkex sportsbook rules document, available within the sportsbook section of the platform, governs the settlement of all markets including cricket (BPL, IPL, T20, ODI, Test matches), football, kabaddi, and other covered sports. In the event of a rule dispute, the version of the rules published at the time the bet was placed shall apply.

Bets accepted in error at manifestly incorrect odds (palpable errors) may be voided by crkex at its reasonable discretion. A palpable error is defined as odds that deviate materially from the true market price due to a data feed failure, human error, or technical malfunction on the part of the platform or its data provider.

5.2 Live Casino Games

Live casino games on the crkex platform are provided by Evolution Gaming and Ezugi, and are governed by the respective provider's game rules displayed within the game interface. crkex acts as the presenting platform but is not responsible for the rules or outcomes of individual game rounds, which are determined by the live game provider's certified infrastructure.

5.3 Slot Games & RNG Titles

All slot games and RNG-based casino titles available on crkex are provided by certified third-party studios including Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe. Each game's return-to-player (RTP) percentage, volatility rating, and individual rules are available within the game's information panel. crkex does not modify the RTP or payout mechanics of any third-party game.

5.4 Void Bets & Technical Errors

In the event of a technical failure — including but not limited to platform outages, disconnection during a live game round, or data feed errors affecting live betting markets — crkex will apply reasonable corrective measures. Where a bet or game outcome cannot be reliably determined due to a technical fault, crkex reserves the right to void the affected transaction and return the staked amount to the player's wallet balance.

Section 6

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the crkex platform. Engagement in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities:

Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets, interact with games, or exploit the platform in ways not available to ordinary manual users.
Money laundering, including using the crkex platform to deposit, cycle, and withdraw funds for the purpose of concealing the origin of those funds.
Match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of insider-information betting on sporting events.
Chargebacks — initiating a payment dispute with your bank or MFS provider for a deposit that was legitimately processed by crkex. Players who initiate chargebacks will have their accounts suspended pending investigation, and any outstanding balance may be withheld.
Sharing, selling, or transferring your crkex account to another individual.
Using VPN services, proxy servers, or other IP-masking tools to access the platform or circumvent geographic or account restrictions.
Colluding with other players in any live casino game, poker variant, or tournament to gain an unfair advantage.
Exploiting any software bug, glitch, or unintended platform behaviour to generate winnings. Any winnings derived from a known or suspected exploit are void and will not be paid out.
Registering a new account during an active self-exclusion period, or assisting another self-excluded player to access the platform.

crkex employs automated monitoring systems and human review teams to detect prohibited conduct. Where prohibited conduct is confirmed, crkex reserves the right to close the account, void pending transactions, withhold wallet balances pending investigation, and share relevant data with law enforcement or regulatory bodies in accordance with applicable law.

Important: crkex takes the integrity of its platform seriously. Fraud, money laundering, and match manipulation are criminal offences under Bangladeshi law. crkex cooperates fully with law enforcement investigations and will provide account data when lawfully required to do so.

Section 7

Account Suspension & Closure

crkex reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account in the following circumstances, with or without prior notice depending on the severity of the situation:

7.1

Voluntary Closure: Players may request account closure at any time by contacting the crkex support team at [email protected]. Requests will be processed within 2 business days. Any remaining real-money balance (excluding uncleared bonus funds) will be returned via the player's registered payment method following successful identity verification.

7.2

Responsible Gaming Closure: Players who request self-exclusion will have their accounts suspended for the requested duration (6 months, 1 year, or 5 years) or permanently, according to the player's instruction. Self-exclusion requests are irreversible during the elected period. Real-money balances at the time of self-exclusion will be returned after the cooling-off period specified in the Responsible Gaming Policy.

7.3

Platform-Initiated Suspension: crkex may suspend an account where it suspects a breach of these Terms and Conditions, pending investigation. During a suspension, the player may not place bets, access their balance, or initiate withdrawals. crkex will notify the player via their registered email address within 72 hours of initiating a suspension, unless doing so would compromise an ongoing investigation.

7.4

Platform-Initiated Permanent Closure: Following investigation, crkex may permanently close an account where a material breach of these Terms and Conditions is confirmed. In cases involving fraud, money laundering, or underage gambling, crkex will forfeit any account balance and may retain funds pending legal proceedings. In cases where the breach is less severe, any legitimate real-money balance will be returned to the player.

7.5

Inactive Accounts: An account is considered inactive if no login activity is recorded for 12 consecutive months. crkex will notify inactive account holders via email before applying any account maintenance fee. The applicable inactive account fee schedule is published in the crkex Fee Summary document available in the account help section.

Section 8

Liability & Disclaimer

The crkex platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we invest significantly in platform reliability and security, we make no warranty that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical defects at all times. The following limitations apply to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

8.1 Limitation of Liability

crkex shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from: platform downtime or technical failures outside our reasonable control; loss of data due to device malfunction or network disruption; errors in third-party game content or data feeds; or decisions made by players based on information displayed on the platform. In all cases, crkex's maximum aggregate liability to any individual player shall not exceed the amount of real-money deposits made by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

8.2 Third-Party Content

Games and content provided by third-party studios (including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi) are operated under those providers' own certifications and technical standards. crkex does not accept liability for errors, malfunctions, or disputed outcomes arising from third-party game software. Players who experience issues with a specific game should contact support, who will liaise with the relevant provider on the player's behalf.

8.3 Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which crkex operates. Any dispute arising from this Agreement that cannot be resolved through the crkex complaints procedure shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the procedures outlined in the crkex Dispute Resolution Policy. Players in Bangladesh who wish to file a formal complaint may do so via the support email address listed in this document.

8.4 Entire Agreement

This Agreement, together with the crkex Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitutes the entire agreement between the player and crkex with respect to the use of the platform, and supersedes all prior agreements, representations, and understandings of any kind. If any provision of this Agreement is found to be unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
